Responsibility

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire corporate clients, focusing on SaaS and PropTech solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and negotiate with high-potential partners, including real estate developers, hotels, and corporate entities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities and refine value propositions.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and CRM systems to streamline lead generation, outreach, and pipeline management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Prepare and present data-driven reports on partnership performance, ROI, and market trends to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers through networking, follow-ups, and tailored solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in AI, automation, and digital transformation, to position PT Indo Property Hub as a market leader.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record (2+ years) in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven business tools (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics) is highly advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
