Responsibility
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate new enterprise accounts and expand existing client relationships in Bali and beyond.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach, focusing on C-level and decision-makers.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client pain points and propose tailored cloud/IT infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and present customized proposals, including ROI analyses and implementation roadmaps.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring alignment with client budgets, timelines, and business objectives.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure to position Arupa as a thought leader.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 5+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in cloud services, IT infrastructure, or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), data centers, and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines and customer data.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA or technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
