Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking pawnbroking services.
- Evaluate and appraise collateral items accurately and fairly.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options clearly to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings.
- Uphold company policies and regulatory compliance in all transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or financial services preferred.
