Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the elevator industry.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with corporate clients, architects, contractors, and property developers.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in Bali’s commercial and hospitality sectors.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless project handover from sales to installation and maintenance.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to maximize profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to refine strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the elevator, construction, or B2B industrial sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with elevator systems, building codes, or technical specifications is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
