Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including businesses, distributors, and end-users in the health and wellness sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive lead generation.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, preferably in the health, wellness, or medical industry.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
