Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage the entire bid and proposal process, from initial opportunity identification to final submission.
- Develop and maintain a tender documentation library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to gather necessary information and create competitive, high-quality proposals.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure all submissions adhere to client requirements, deadlines, and compliance regulations.
- Track and report on bid outcomes, providing insights to improve future submissions and win rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to enhance bid success.
- Support the development of pricing strategies and cost estimations for proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in bid management, tendering, or proposal writing, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, market trends, and client needs.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free, high-quality submissions.
