Responsibility

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients, including hotels, offices, and retail partners in Bali.
  • Pitch custom coffee solutions, subscription models, and bulk supply agreements tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers through consultative selling and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and case studies showcasing Roast Lab’s unique value.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand our professional network.
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Educate clients on the origin, quality, and sustainability of our Flores coffee to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in FMCG, hospitality, or specialty coffee.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Deep passion for coffee and willingness to learn about specialty brewing, origins, and industry trends.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
