Responsibility
- Lead and manage the sales team across Penang, Kedah, and Perlis to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, and retail partners.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and productivity of the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

Qualifications
