Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average transaction value) and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- Conduct regular staff training to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, loyalty programs, and local community outreach.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and retail best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in retail sales management, preferably in home improvement, flooring, or similar industries.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire high performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English (additional local language skills a plus).
- Proficiency in sales analytics, CRM tools, and inventory management systems.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Familiarity with Bali’s retail market and consumer trends is advantageous.
