Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for engine oil and lubricant products.
- Identify and expand the client base by prospecting new business opportunities in automotive workshops, dealerships, and industrial sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and participate in trade shows or industry events.
- Provide after-sales support and address client concerns to foster trust and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, lubricants, or industrial products sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to manage a company-provided vehicle.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are advantageous.
