Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders in assigned territories.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base in the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address concerns, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining client trust.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role (B2B experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the technology, SaaS, or digital services industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
