Responsibility
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns tailored to the regional market.
- Provide training and support to junior sales staff to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and expand its professional network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination, regional sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
