Responsibility
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and recommend suitable new or used vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and product presentations to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms, including pricing, financing, and trade-ins, to close deals effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, promotions, and market trends.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the finance and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelorâs degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry (entry-level candidates with strong potential are welcome).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and features (training will be provided).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Valid driverâs license and a clean driving record.
