Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for Hongqi vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized consultations, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Hongqi’s luxury vehicles.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to organize exclusive events, private viewings, and promotional campaigns to attract high-net-worth individuals.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to tailor sales approaches effectively.
- Prepare and present customized proposals, financing options, and trade-in evaluations to close deals efficiently.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM updates to ensure seamless operations.
- Represent the Hongqi brand with professionalism and integrity at industry events, auto shows, and networking functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in luxury automotive sales or high-end retail (preferably with premium brands).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive specifications, financing options, and industry best practices.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and ability to engage with high-profile clients in a confident manner.
