Responsibility
- Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Bali's real estate market
- Identify and acquire high-value clients including property developers, luxury agencies, and institutional investors
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to enterprise clients
- Negotiate complex contracts and pricing structures with senior decision-makers
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to enhance our value proposition
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports using CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in real estate or SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
