Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, hospitality, and commercial sectors.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials that resonate with the local market.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Bali.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
  • Represent Saint-Gobain at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the construction, building materials, or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
