Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and project owners.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining long-term partnerships.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and key metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or project management within the construction/real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the Bali/Indonesia construction market and existing professional networks are a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are advantageous.
