Responsibility
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies to drive sales growth in assigned territories.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and closing techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering tailored solutions.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM tools and provide insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with digital sales tools and social media platforms for lead generation.
- Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
