Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities in Bali.
- Present, promote, and sell company products and services using persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in field sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and surrounding areas.
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
