Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the Bali and broader Indonesian market.
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients (B2B) to generate new business opportunities for software solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments and present tailored software demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for clients and the company.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine sales strategies and improve client satisfaction.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track sales performance using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, SaaS, or IT solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are advantageous).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
- Deep understanding of software sales cycles and ability to manage complex deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian or Southeast Asian market is a strong plus.
