Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in Bali, including contractors, architects, and retailers.
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate Firefly’s product portfolio, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Participate in local trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the electrical, lighting, or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics and business culture is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned territories.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
