Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali market.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored power solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.
- Represent Megajoy Power Solution Inc at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in the energy, industrial, or technology sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Residency or valid work permit in Indonesia is a plus.
