Responsibility

  • Proactively generate and convert leads into membership sales through in-person, phone, and digital outreach.
  • Conduct personalized studio tours, showcasing facilities, programs, and membership benefits to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects, tracking interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and referral programs to attract new members.
  • Stay updated on fitness trends, membership packages, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales with confidence and integrity.
  • Build long-term relationships with members, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or membership consulting (fitness industry experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-based environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and wellness with a desire to inspire others.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian, are advantageous).
