Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, including manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the Bali logistics market.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and Leschaco.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Represent Leschaco at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, including air, sea, and land freight.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
