Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience from start to finish.
- Provide expert product knowledge, including features, benefits, and recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.
- Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
- Maintain store presentation standards, including merchandising, stocking, and organizing products to enhance visual appeal.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with patience and professionalism, ensuring resolution aligns with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to store success.
- Stay updated on promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs to effectively communicate offers to customers.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving stock, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (prior experience in Baliâs retail sector is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages (e.g., Mandarin, Russian, Japanese) is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers and building relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems or cash handling procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a bonus.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the retail schedule.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
