Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective strategies and persistent follow-ups.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM systems.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
