Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote Sun Life's insurance products through bancassurance partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive product integration and sales.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for bank staff to enhance their understanding of Sun Life's products and sales techniques.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bancassurance channel to expand market reach.
  • Provide expert financial advice and tailored insurance solutions to bank customers based on their needs.
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales and advisory activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, financial advisory, or bancassurance.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, financial planning, and bancassurance operations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
