Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their vehicle preferences and budget requirements
- Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and specifications to potential buyers
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory, market trends, and competitive offerings
- Prepare and process all necessary sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Participate in promotional events, test drive appointments, and vehicle showcases
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the automotive industry, preferably with pre-owned vehicles
- Valid Class 3 driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a consultative sales approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and sales documentation
- Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Indonesian or Mandarin) is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
