Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to promote AIA’s life insurance products.
- Provide personalized financial consultations to bank customers, assessing their needs and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively presenting product benefits and closing deals.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to organize promotional events and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Uphold AIA’s values of integrity, professionalism, and customer-centric service in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of life insurance products and financial planning principles.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned regions in Bali.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
