This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive base salary starting at $3,000 USD/month, plus transport allowances, commission, and performance-based bonuses. Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients in the lighting and electrical solutions market.
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to identify customer needs and recommend optimal solutions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate quotations, proposals, and project specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings to provide expert advice.
- Manage client accounts, track sales pipelines, and maintain detailed records in CRM systems.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the client base.
- Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and warranty assistance, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, or related technical fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a consultative role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand lighting systems, electrical components, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali for client meetings.
