Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in assigned regions.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, dealers, and corporate clients.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and digital outreach to enhance brand awareness.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups, issue resolution, and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive, RV, or mobility solutions industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and existing networks in the region are highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territories.
