Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
- Coordinate and manage event bookings, ensuring all logistical details are executed flawlessly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue reports.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely, professional responses to enhance satisfaction.
- Support the organization of familiarization trips and site inspections for potential clients.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budget reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, hospitality, or event management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera PMS).
