Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the IT/consulting sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Tagalog) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
