Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our channel partner network in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential resellers, distributors, and clients.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective channel management.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the IT distribution sector.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Provide training, support, and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing reports and insights to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the IT distribution industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of IT products, solutions, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
