Responsibility
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate and timely information about hotel services, amenities, and promotions to potential guests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking processes and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, pricing, and special offers.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Knowledge of the local hospitality market in Bali is a plus.
