Responsibility

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and target markets.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to develop customized telecom and IT solutions for clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand needs, present proposals, and address concerns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to position FiberHome’s offerings effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on account performance, revenue forecasts, and market insights.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximize profitability and client value.
  • Represent FiberHome at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Bali and beyond.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the telecom or IT sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunication technologies, network solutions, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
