Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG sector to expand market reach.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with retail partners to maximize profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or FMCG Sales, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
