Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG sector to expand market reach.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with retail partners to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and supply chain) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or FMCG Sales, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
