Responsibility
- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with professionalism and expertise.
- Provide clear, accurate, and transparent estimates for repairs, maintenance, and additional services.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Upsell and promote value-added services, warranties, and maintenance packages to maximize revenue.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends, service promotions, and technical knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling products or extended service plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive service advising, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proven ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections professionally.
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and common automotive services (training provided for the right candidate).
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or service management systems is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business, marketing, or automotive fields is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer needs.
