Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a national channel sales strategy to expand the stockist and distributor network in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new business partners, including retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for channel partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to meet quarterly and annual targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats in the corporate gifting sector.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or B2B sales, preferably in the corporate gifting, FMCG, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record of expanding distribution networks and achieving sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market, particularly Bali, is a strong advantage.
