As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact between customers and our service department, ensuring seamless communication, accurate diagnostics, and timely vehicle maintenance. Your role is critical in building trust, enhancing customer satisfaction, and boosting sales through expert advice and professional service coordination.

Responsibility
- Greet customers professionally and assess their vehicle service needs with accuracy and empathy.
- Provide clear, transparent estimates for repairs and maintenance, explaining technical details in customer-friendly terms.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Upsell additional services, parts, or maintenance packages to enhance customer value and business revenue.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service histories, and follow-ups using digital tools.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with a solution-oriented approach to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on automotive trends, service promotions, and technical advancements to provide expert advice.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for vehicle upgrades or new purchases.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automotive service advising, sales, or customer service (preferably in a dealership or repair shop).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics, diagnostics, and maintenance (training provided for the right candidate).
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; familiarity with automotive management systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related fields is advantageous.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
