Responsibility
- Develop and execute a strategic channel partnership plan to expand market penetration across Malaysia.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential stockists, agents, and distributors to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective channel management and performance tracking.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and incentives with partners to maximize profitability and mutual success.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales and operational capabilities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, revenue forecasts, and growth strategies to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partnership management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful channel networks in Malaysia.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Malaysia to meet partners and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
