Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a strategic channel partnership plan to expand market penetration across Malaysia.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential stockists, agents, and distributors to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective channel management and performance tracking.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and incentives with partners to maximize profitability and mutual success.
  • Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their sales and operational capabilities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, revenue forecasts, and growth strategies to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partnership management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful channel networks in Malaysia.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Malaysia to meet partners and attend industry events.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
