Responsibility
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in Bali’s key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung).
- Create and deliver engaging edutainment presentations to educate potential clients about our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative sales materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Track and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent PT Trans Property Indonesia at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client retention and long-term success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the property, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate clients in an entertaining manner.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sales and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Ability to travel within Bali as needed to meet clients and attend events.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
