Responsibility

  • Identify and analyze client needs to recommend customized insurance solutions that align with their financial goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with a diverse client portfolio, including expats, businesses, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets through performance tracking and incentive programs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market reach and increase revenue streams.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through proactive follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate and competitive advice.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC) are a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and compliance regulations.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
