Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract and retain corporate clients in the tourism and travel sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with corporate clients, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate acquisition, preferably in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
