As the frontline revenue driver for our company, you’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential leads, crafting compelling pitches, negotiating contracts, and closing deals that drive business growth. This role offers a competitive base salary of IDR 3,500,000 – IDR 4,700,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives that reward your hard work and results.

Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new business leads through research, networking, and cold outreach to expand the client base.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs of potential clients, highlighting the value of our products/services.
- Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients to understand their requirements and present customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a competitive spirit.
- Knowledge of the Bali market or experience in hospitality, real estate, or digital services is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
