Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and professional client experience.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand technical specifications and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or technical certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and technical product knowledge.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
- Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to manage client interactions and sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
