Your leadership will directly impact our ability to meet sales targets, optimize inventory, and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers.

Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for spare parts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or spare parts industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
