Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and proactive engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver seamless service.
- Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, client feedback, and market trends to management.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and gather insights for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies to drive retention and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales (real estate or property industry is a plus).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed for client meetings and site visits.
