Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate aesthetic treatments or products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure seamless client experiences from inquiry to post-treatment care.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and new treatments to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, such as promotions and events, to attract and retain clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, consulting, or the aesthetic clinic industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, skincare products, or wellness services is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
- Ability to work a 6-day workweek with flexibility to adapt to business needs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
