Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new clients, including resorts, hotels, private villas, and commercial properties, to generate leads and expand the company’s client base in Bali.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand project requirements and propose customized landscape solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the design and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotations, and sales reports to management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive client engagement and strategic deal closing.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the landscape, horticulture, or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with high-value clients.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality, real estate, or commercial sectors is a plus.
- Basic understanding of landscape design, plant species, or outdoor aesthetics is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a bonus.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali for client meetings and site visits.
